Hi, the latest build I can find there is 2908, any clues about 2952?

Sorry folks, I let the domain expire as it's no longer under development.

Here's 2952 and the 3000 patch (I don't remember what all I changed, but there's a post somewhere about the 3000 build)

I get an error when trying to install 2952 on a new computer with no previous instance of MIP installed. It looks like I need to have an earlier version (2941 or 2946) installed in order to install 2952. Would it be possible to make one of those available as well?

Tetsuo Wrote:Hi@all,

first, big thanks to fekker for this great tool.

i'am new to XBMC and have a question. i use XBMC for windows 7/64 with aeon stark skin.

the problem that i have is, that i have question-marks at my media flags...there should be flags like WarnerBros, BlueRay, 1080p, DTS...i don´t know how to set this up with media info plusHuh is there such a feature at medi info plus?

it would be nice, if someone could help me. the other things like description, fanarts etc. works fine for me...

(sorry for my english, i am not a native speaker)

greets Tetsuo

hi

i have the same problem you described above. some weeks ago these flags appeared in the movie.nfo file under <studio>.
i dont know there must be a change on the imdb page so that the parser cannot find these flags, right?? is there anybody who can solve this problem?

I have run this program and it has done its thing but I have no episode information (plots). I suspect I have a wrong setting someplace. Can anybody help me?

Thank you.........

I have downloaded the latest and greatest and it worked abolutely great on my tv shows. Then I figured to deal with my movies. I got an unhandled error everytime I tried to open my movies folder (so I couldn't load them). I removed the program, and all its files, and reinstalled - same thing. I removed all files, except for the movies themselves - same thing. I read everything I could find on unhandled errors and found that there seems to be updates. I went to the links and there were no updates. I am, obviously, missing something.

Can anybody help me?

Thank you.............

if your movies are in the root of the drive, try moving them into a folder

Movies are at c:\movies
movie 1
movie 2
etc.
tv is at c:\tv
c:\tv\title
\season? (etc)
c:\tv\title 2
\season? (etc)

Thanks for the reply.............

That should work fine, what exception are ya getting and what version are you currently running?

V 2.0.1.2870 Unhandled Exception System.NullReferenceException (there was quite a bit more detail and a reference to some kind of debugging tool). This comes up when I press the button to open the movie path. (load movies does nothing). I know that the path is correct as I have re-installed this at least three times to make sure I did it right as I cannot find your parameter file. (doing the same thing, expecting different results, several times is a fair description of incipient insanity).

It may be of interest that XBMC consistently leaves an artifact in processes after it is shut down. So, even when I think its shutdown there is a pretty good chance that it is not. This may impact your program. I have no idea.

One last thing. After removing the XBMC database, about 3 times, I actually got XBMC to do its job and actually deal with all files, including TV, giving plots, etc. (its all done with smoke and mirrors, and, I suspect, it starting working because I was holding my mouth correctly <G>) This being the case I am not sure that I actually need to deal with this program anymore although I am stubborn so I keep on trying on principle.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

here's an updated version for 32bit/64bit systems, fixes the JIT error, fixes the Windows 7/Server 2008 issues (mostly, it's still dependent on the gui toolkit, but I'm not rewriting that, so initial open is still slower on 64bit machines)

Install order
Install full build (if you haven't already)
http://www.teamumx.org/download/mip/mip_2952_full.rar

Patch to build 3000 (extract zip file to your install directory)
http://www.teamumx.org/download/mip/mip_...s_2952.zip

patch to this build, which is 2.2.0.1 (extract zip file to your install directory)

For Windows 32bit - http://www.teamumx.org/download/mip/medi...d_3000.zip

For Windows 64bit - http://www.teamumx.org/download/mip/medi...d_3000.zip

And no, i'm not bringing mip back, but a patch was in order since the new gui toolkit is way better under 64bit systems.

This is probably a very simple question, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do:

I have the complete TV series of "Arnie" (1970-72) and noticed that when MIP scraped thetvdb.com the episodes came up all out of order. I subsequently discovered that they were indeed listed out of order on that website. So, with permission, I went on their site and put things right. But now, back in MIP, I can't seem to get MIP to see the new order. So far I've deleted the nfo files, so I assumed I was starting with a fresh scrape, but it came back in the old, wrong order again. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, I'm getting an "unhandled exception..." every time I click on the seasons. It seems to be looking for the season tbn, but from what I can see, there is no season tbn. Is this just a bug? THANKS!
