Thanks! I thought I'd get started on it in a week or two, but the way things are going now with the movies section, it may be up to a month before I even write the first line of code for TV shows. I just want to make sure that the movies section is as close to perfect as possible before moving on. It will make it easier to keep track of bugs and feature requests that way and I'll know that the program can actually be fully utilized for at least one thing, instead of being almost usable in many things.
MrDVD Wrote:Damn, you are right, i had to check under "General" "Clean files" - /<movie>.nfo and now it updates my nfo's
I hope you mean "Movies"->"File Types". lol The "Clean Files" section is for selecting which file types to DELETE when you run the Clean Files Tool.
MrDVD Wrote:Btw. Big THX for adding Genres from OFDB. I will check the Genres.xml over the next weekend.
It should be pretty easy to figure out, but if you have any questions, let me know.
MrDVD Wrote:Just an idea for one of the next updates
Can you make the Folders under "Settings" - "Movies" selectable ?
I have lot of hdd's with movies (one 1,5TB is just far to small )
an it would be cool to not have to reenter the Folder Path each time i want to scrap only one hdd, and let it scrap over all hdd's is just a wasting of time.
At the moment i just can remove all hdds and next time i need it i have to readd it.
Maybe there are more ppl with more than one path ?
In the next update I'll be doing some changes to the current updaters. I plan to add 2 more main updaters: "New Movies Only" and "Marked Movies Only". Then splitting out some of them into "Posters Only", "Fanart Only", "NFO Only".
After that it shouldn't be a problem any more to have tons of movies because you can narrow down to exactly what you want to update and have it done automatically.
