Linux Frodo LPCM channel mapping

Hi I know that the audioengine i still quite new, but I think I've discovered a problem with LPCM mapping - at least on my system.

System spec:
Asrock ION 330 HT
Running Openelect Frodo beta 4
The pc is connected to my Onkyo TX-NR609 via HDMI and I have a 5.1 speaker setup (L,C,R,SR,SL,Sub).

Now to my observation:

I know that the old ION dosen't support HD audio, my thoughts were that I could let xbmc decode the audio and send it via LPCM to my amp. I therefor disabled all output beside LPCM.

This works, but the speaker mapping is wrong. How and where do I change this?
I've tested my setup with the Disney WOW disc (file 00595.m2ts), and the mapping is like this:

Code:
Fronter left -> front left - OK
Front center -> left surround - Wrong
Front right -> front right - OK
Surround right -> front right - Wrong
Surround left -> center - Wrong

Depending on which test I use I get different mappings - none of them correct.

Is it possible to remap the LPCM output to correct the errors?
