Apples, I have a 50V10.. Your G should be basically the same. That means the first post's settings in the above thread should work for you. But remember the "modes" fix in http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=482...stcount=52 otherwise some "p" content will be "i".
.. And you should really generate G10-specific modelines to be safe. Good luck with that, I kept getting conflicting results.
This post http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=464287&postcount=2 has xorg settings that will use edid to set refresh rate. It should work if your TV obeys the standards.
