Alright heres the situation. I have a 8400 gs nvidia card. Sending the video via dvi-hdmi. The problem is that when connected to my tv it thinks there should be audio being sent from the hdmi cable when there is none. I would like to use my on board sound and just send it to my tv that way.
Now I have got it to work in windows by changing some driver information around, but that doesn't really help since there is no gpu offloading for windows and xbmc at the moment. Ive looked around the forums with no real answers to be found.
Any one know any information about how to fix this little but oh so frustrating problem that I am having? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
