I keep messing with newer versions of xbmc but the STABLE version on my xbmc as a safe point. Ive scanned in alot of my movies and music and have got box art, fan art and track info. How can I use flashftp (thought it would be what I use) to copy over that info into the newer build w/o rescanning each folder for newer builds?

All that stuff is in your userdata folder just make sure you keep that folder (back it up somewhere else) and just delete the new one and put your old one in its place.

thank you. I thought it might be in that folder but wasnt 100% sure if it was somewhere else too. I will try it when I get home.

Well lesson learned, Dont use FlashFTP just use the File transfer app in XBMC.
Yes ty it worked just fine no rescanning movies.
