Thats Adobe's fault not the Atom. Flash is bloat-wear and hasnt been set for hardware acceleration in the way we all would expect it to work (aka it dosnt use hardware to decode flash data, only to display said data after its been decoded by the CPU).
Soon that should be sorted i hope.
