it's not really up to me to tell whether it's stable or not, this is something team xbmc has promised to do.

as far as i can tell (linux) most issues are gone, but for me the latest svn update broke my audio.
also, according to this post, there's a lot of changes coming up in the next week...which could always break a few things.

I'm staying with 22528 for now, I just tried 23675 and 23718 and both lost the most of the screen resolution choices, What is left is Windowed and Full Screen and neither display properly.

i suppose you can just wait till xbmc 9.10 is released and upgrade then.
the next release of T! will only work with r23639 or up.
