XBMC became slow after Ubuntu Updates
#1
Hi !

After updating my OS with the lastest ubuntu (karmic) XBMC became slow. All gui ran at about 60fps before, and since the update, it run at about 30fps. Movies (1080p) run Well, but not as good as before, but it stay "viewable".

I'm using the intel dg45fc MB. What happen during the update ? I have to wait a better driver ? better xbmc release ? (using the lastest karmic svn)

Personally I'm just sticking with Jaunty until theres a new releast of XBMC for Karmin (as the frontpage news advices).

It can be anything from Driver issues to XBMC issues. Who knows, it's a new version Tongue

Which version of XBMC is this? 9.04.1 had some problem with enabling anti-aliasing on the UI, not sure if that affected Intel gfx though.
