Hi guys, i have searched the forum looking for some help on my current dilema. looking for some advice.
I have an older xbox which i have basically only used for XBMC for about 4 years maybe 5. it worked great untill the wired network card crapped out. I now am attempting to find out what kind of hardware i need to purchase to get it rockin again.
Most of (if not all) the wireless how-tos that i found so far have all suggested just using a bridge, (which, if i understand it right, means you simply convert the wired into wireless using an external hub or router) This will not work for me as i cannot use the rj45 on the back of my machine.
What kind of USB adapter will the xbox allow me to use on XBMC and is there a how-to to get it working? I don't want to buy the original xbox pos because it only does 802.11B and i need at least G and if i could i would prefer N.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Also If anyone knows if there may be a software problem with the wired that i can fix instead that would be the best option.
