well this script is driving me mad, it always give me this when i'm trying to use it:

update-rc.d: warning: /etc/init.d/xbmc-live missing LSB information
update-rc.d: see <http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts>
xbmc-live stop/waiting

so i can't install it, how to solve it?

I have the same issue with 9.11b2, can't get XBMC to run now.. not sure how to roll back to an older version through APT.

I posted in the other thread but haven't found any solution to this problem yet.

I have the same issue with the new beta on Karmic.
Xbmc won't start with the script.
I can start xbmc with xinit xbmc
