remote configurations

Hi all,

i recently bought a new Asrock ION-330HT, installed Ubuntu 9.10 & latest stable XBMC.
All went fine, had the whole thing up and running within an hour.

Just one small thing, when i push the power button of my MCE-remote the system shuts down.
I would like it to suspend instead, shorter boottime and all. does anyone have any idea if this is possible?

I already tried configuring the power options within ubuntu to suspend when the powerbutton is pressed, but this doesn't seem to affect the remote.

Did you try the power options under setup in xbmc? There is an option to make the system suspend on power-off instead of shutdown.
