How come none of my thumbs display (download?) when I am in Multiplex view looking at my movies?

There are numerous topics on that particular matter here on the forum. Anyways, those thumbs are not being downloaded over the internet, you have to manually put them yourself in the folder where your movie is e.g. -- Movie
|---->Movie.avi
|------->extrathumbs/
------------>thumb1.jpg
------------>thumb2.jpg

There is an automated way of doing this using thumber, but you will need some basic knowledge in command line and scripting. Check this topic out http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=50535.
