How to associate pix with video/music

Hello,

Very attractive skin!!! Thx for your effort!

BTW, may I know how to associate video/song corresponding cover/poster and info? Are they done automatically? If so, what naming of my file should be? If need to done it manually, how to set.

Sorry for all these newbie questions.
