[PATCH] Doxygen proposal

Here is a patch I'm submitting to include a new directory to store the doxygen configuration file as well as other documentation-only (i.e. not code related information)

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=QM1EU5QW

And here is the generated HTML documenation from it,

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DXTVBLG2

What I've done is created a new folder called "doxygen_resources". I've included a doxygen configuration file there as well a sub-directory called "pages". Why "pages" ? Well, other than having good comments in the source code it IS helpful to have other supporting pages to compliment the documentation. In my case, I've added a mainpage.

I don't get too much time to sit with the xbmc source (My job keeps me busy), so I'm unable to make any "big" changes or fixes, but I can contribute incrementally.

(Both the downloads are very small not even above 200KB! )

Hi there,

Please post this on trac as otherwise it'll certainly be lost. Feel free to either cc me or assign to me and I'll review for inclusion.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Jonathan,

Is there any way I can edit a ticket? I filled in basic details and I selected "Add attachments" button to add my patch file, but it turns out the ticket got submitted! I hadn't even assigned it to anyone or cc'd you. The ticket is this one,

http://www.xbmc.org/trac/ticket/8438

Sorry about it being incomplete, but this is the first time I'm using Trac.

Embarrassed,
chronodekar

PS - or should I just create a new ticket? (I'd do this, but I'm not sure if it will end up being viewed as 'spam' )
