Is it possible to remove some movies from recently added movies but still keep them in the library?

I need to do a refresh of all movies as I had just added trailers for all of them but I would like to keep my current recently added movies list intact.

If this is possible, specially we need remove movies from recently added movies but still keep them in the library.
Sometimes I put kid movies in library, but I do not want show this movie in Recently added.

No, before I rebuilt my library I just took a screenshot of my recently added then just refreshed each movie in the list from the bottom up
