Am I missing something really obvious?

i cannot find a download link for PM3.HD, can anyone help me out please?

But you're better installing XBMC (you can't use PM3.HD without it, duh!) and PM3.HD will be available in the skin folder.

Obviously I have XMBC installed already, so I only need the skin (which wasn't in my version)
