I am having an issue where my sound on my Toshiba Portege R200 does not work until I issue the alsa force-reload command in the command line. I have been doing some extensive searching for the past three day on this forum and Google. The audio device is Intel ICH6 with AD1981B. I am unsure of how to proceed. Thanks for any help.

I am using XBMXLive 9.11 installed to HD
