Help! XBMC Video Playback broken
#1
Sad
Hi all

I have recently switched to XBMC from MediaPortal. I'm very impressed with the stability and responsivenes of the interface as well as the ease of setup. HOWEVER, when I try to play any video file (SD DivX, more details below) XBMC just flounders. In debug mode I can see that the fps alternates between 4fps and 60fps, and this obviously also means that the audio is miles out of sync. This does not appear to be function of the specific video file I'm playing, I've tried a few. WMP, MPC, VLC, DivXPlayer and MediaPortal all play these same video files smoothly. My system details are as follows

XBMC 9.11
DirectX 9.0c
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26Ghz
4Gb Ram of whichabout 3Gb is visible to Windows
Windows XP SP3 32 bit.
Intel GMA4500MHD Integrated Graphics

The Debug Log is at:
http://pastebin.com/fEwgLSK9

The MediaInfo for the file I as attempting to play:
Video 1199kbps 544x416 @ 25fps MPEG4 (XVID)
Audio 64kbps 24kHz Stereo MP3

I've tried everything I can think of including updating codecs, graphics drivers and DirectX. If anyone can help me it will be appreciated immensely.

Regards
