Ok, I just reformatted and installed Windows 7 a few days ago and am having nothing but problems with my Xbox connecting to it. My SMB doesn't work, and now my FTP freezes at random while transferring (tried different clients).
This is starting to get really irritating, I used to have XP before and never had any issues, ive tried to get further help in two threads named windows 7+ smb and another one related to it, but i guess everyone has moved on from the issue.
Can someone help me learn to like windows 7 besides the DX10? lol
UPDATE: Ok, so i tried FTP using my other pc with xp on it, its still freezing the box, I even loaded up UnleashX to try and get it on that way, still freezes, I even created a new profile with fresh settings on xbmc, still freezing, wtf is going on here!?!?!?
I am getting nowhere!
UPDATE2: I even tried FTP through my Xecuter 3CE modchip, was going great for that 10-15 seconds, then just froze. Could it be my router? I doubt it because I can network transfer between computers just fine.
