Question about how Aeon works
#1
I have been struggling with getting this skin to work.

I have installed the lastest version of the skin and XBMC, but when I switch to the skin, my screen goes black. No images, no backgrounds, nothing.

Is there a step I missed or is it my actual setup?

Yes 9.11 was the one I installed and it is the full Live CD.

I also have this installed on an Acer Revo with the base 1 GB of RAM going HDMI to my Onkyo receiver.

If anything else is needed let me know.

Ok. I will give that a try when I am free later today.

Can anyone give me an insight as to why I am having this problem though?

One of the most stable and customizable branches of Aeon is this one (Phil65). If you use the skin along with the latest stable nightly build you should be fine. However, I never tried the live version...

Thanks for the tip. I have been having a TON of issues with my XBMC live install. Too many to list actually. I may just setup Ubuntu and install XBMC on top of it.
