I use TV Shack and I stream movies but they are all very laggy. which sucks.
Since I can't adjust Cache settings what can I do to smooth out the video?

But you can adjust... just not on the GUI
Look in your userdata folder (if your xbmc is up to date) you'll find a Template.AdvancedSettings.xml open it, adjust the cache and rename it AdvancedSettings.xml

If you run XBMC on PC does it run better? If not, your answer might not be the cache, but a faster Internet connection or download and watch later... You're not saying whether is through wireless or ethernet, most people forget to say that and are very surprised to find they have problem with the wireless connection...
i'm afraid there's no perfect settings...
