No i can't see an option for that. Just assumed there would be sorry.

Other option is even though it is an album scraper, search for the artist then on the discography tab find their album. Not sure if this is too much data to crawl through though.

Im having a similar issue. The album review does not download when its available on All Music.

This is one example that does not work when a review is available on All Music:
