Hello all,
A couple of years ago I bought the wireless B game adapter of linksys to connect my xbox to the internet. By that time I was using a wireless WEP-secured network and setting it up wasn't a problem.
Now I moved out I have a different wireless network (WPA2) which isn't compatible with the game adapter. However, it should be possible to create an ad-hoc network. After a few tries I managed to create the wireless connection between the adapter and my pc. There is still one problem: XBMC won't connect to it. I can see that my ad-hoc connection is alright but I still can't enter my remote folders on XBMC (I can with a wired connection). Does anybody know what could be the problem? I assume it has to do with the network settings in XBMC but I haven't figured it out yet.
