Have those having problems with a fresh install of Kodi & CD Art Manager gotten this to work yet?
I seem to recall this being an issue before. Check out the posts around Jan 30th, 2013 about this same issue [around page 104 of this thread].
I just did a fresh install of Kodi and have a large library. I am having issues building the initial DB with familiar symptoms of freezing, stalling after getting to 100% of ALBUMS scanned then freezing, restarting Kodi, updating DB and getting to 100% of ALBUMS and 100% of ARTISTS and then stalling. Another instance when the scan completes, yet results for CD ARTs, albums & artists are all blank.
What I seem to remember from last time (at the time of the Frodo update; also happened with Eden update around page 92 of this thread) was that the CDAM DB file needed to be trashed and then it seemed to work afterwards. I am currently doing a re-scan after trashing the CDAM db file. If this doesn't work, I will try trashing the DB file and putting XBMC into debug and post the log.
Wondering how many things are in common with those having issues; 1) Large music library, 2) fresh XBMC/Kodi install 3) Initial CDAM scan
Not sure what other similar issues surround this problem.
