when is the new xbmc coming? & winter in the south

think its been about 3 months now it keeps gettin push back, and the trac doesnt get updated what ya's doing? give us something to read or get excited about. or even something to say yous are still alive!

"July 18th - Dharma branched" .. 3 months? And before you ask, the milstone set in trac is a pretty loose date.
Always read the online manual (wiki), FAQ (wiki) and search the forum before posting.
Do not PM or e-mail Team-Kodi members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules (wiki).
Please read the pages on troubleshooting (wiki) and bug reporting (wiki) before reporting issues.

3 months? It was only branched in July....

Check out the nightly builds if you want to see whats coming.

Lucid was released 3 months ago. I don't think xbmc keeps cadence with ubuntu. It would be nice though.
Use mythicalLibrarian to make a library out of your MythTV files. Leave the recording to MythTV and use XBMC as your library.

Given that recent ubuntu releases have been playing catchup with fixes after release, I'd rather we lag any ubuntu release by a few months.

The most recent nightly builds have been pretty awesome. Addons working, movies & TV shows get scraped fast, etc...it's not like we've been sitting on our hands with nothing to use.
When it's ready, it will come.
