Repostory downloads wont start after clicking on them

When going to the add-ons section and trying xbmc and other various repositories I can see all the add-ons but when I try clicking on any of them the download never starts...nothing happens. I was able to download add-ons just a few days ago with no problem.

Dharma beta 2 r33778
Rapier Mikito build
Windows Vista Home Premium 32 SP2
2Gb RAm
Amd Athlon LE-1640 2.7Ghz

Switch away from Rapier - by the looks of it, that's your problem.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.
