If you have 2-step verification turned on for google, this is how you will need to authorize the app.
Go to: https://www.google.com/settings/security
Find 'App passwords' and click 'Settings'
Follow the instructions to get an application specific password
Enter the 16-digit password in the settings for PicasaWeb on XBMC
The current method this addon uses for authentication is deprecated and will probably be removed in a few months. When I get around to it, I'll implement the new OAuth 2.0 authentication which will require entering a code into a browser.
