I have asus laptop (i915 driver) and running xbmc-live (ubuntu 9.10) connected to Samsung TV 1360-768
Issue is that everytime it starts both displays and these are activated on resolution 1024x768.
I can run and getting just one screen on TV with desired resolution(1360x768), but it doesn't work properly in XBMC itself.
If I setup HD resolution for TV the right part of screen gets black. After restart X wont start and seeing following in crash report:
What can I do at this point? Perhaps version of intel driver is not the right one?
