unetbootin + dharma beta 4 issues
#1
Here are my steps:

1. Downloaded the dharma beta 4 iso
2. Used unetbootin 494 and put that iso on a usb drive
3. Booted my Revo, went to 'Install xbmclive'
4. Went through the language selection screens
5. Was asked for CDROM drivers

I've checked the kernel options and cdrom-detect/try-usb=true is there. Any ideas?

boot the CD on another machine (or virtual box) and use the BDW wizard.
See sticky.

I too had that problem. I was presented with option 1.default which trys to install and fails asking for cdrom drive but I was able to install via option 3 I think "install xbmclive"
