mp3 playback problem
#1
Hi

I'm using xbmc dharma beta2 on ATV.

when playing mp3's from my PC, playback stutters randomly. XBMC log file says "buffer overrrun" everytime the pause occur.
playback of movies from the same pc works fine so I assume this is not a network problem but rather something local.

two more symptoms:
1. I dont see any unusual CPU utilization.
2. xbmc interface seems to be extremely slow

any ideas?

thanks
Simon

Try again, this time, don't cut the xbmc.log. I need to see other things besides what you might think indicates a problem Smile

a sample of or the actual music file.

this occurs sporadically on various mp3's. I don't think the root cause is the file.
