Well I guess no more help on this one... :confused2:

FWIW I removed all my movie folders from XBMC and added them again and it seems to be better. No failures yet. Also upgraded to RC1 and still works. Maybe others with this issue should try this.

I'm getting the same error on all my .AVI files. Tried uninstalling, deleting the XBMC folder & reinstalling. It was working for a few days before it quit.

OK, I think I figured it out. I created a new folder and simply migrated all of the media files to that folder. The lagging and playback issues have not returned. Whatever it was seems like it was tied to that folder.

I have same problem, can anyone please tell me. Its that a codec problem or XBMC player problem ?

@nfspower: please start a new thread and post full details including a debug log. See http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Log_File for how to get at the debug log.
