I like the views in T! that use disc images (where the dvd/cd cases open). The problem is that I have a lot of music and movies and its going to take forever for me to save all of the images needed. I organize all of my movies in separate folders with Extra Fanart. Is there an easy way to modify T! so it uses the first Extra Fanart in each movie folder? That would save me a lot of time.

would only work if all first images in extrafanart have the same filename.
if that's the case, you could edit Includes_Workarounds.xml
and replace every occurence of: cdart.png
with: extrafanart/fanart1.jpg
and every occurence of: ,,disc.png
with: ,,extrafanart/fanart1.jpg
