Incorrectly scraping movie posters / cover art in Spanish. Should be English.
#1
New XBMC user here.

A lot of my movie posters / cover art that is being scraped is coming in as the Spanish versions.

The movie text and description is correctly showing in English.

I have theMovieDb.org set as my scraper.

How can I fix this?

Is the only way to remedy this is by going in and manually changing the thumb on every movie?

Any way to force it to pick the English thumb and not the Spanish thumb automatically?

Do you have any specifics?

EDIT

Just came across this http://forums.themoviedb.org/topic/1435/...rt-issues/

Looks like 2 options either register on themoviedb and rate the version of the poster you want higher than the current default this will move it to the default on scrape or

as you suggest manually chaniging the thumb.

It's not as bad as I thought.

It was coincidentally just this way on a bunch of movies that start with 'A' and numbers at the top of my movie list, so I thought it was a widespread issue. It is not.

Thanks for the reply.

I manually scrape every movie with Ember and I find it odd that the top rated poster in a noticeable amount of movies is a foreign language version. I just choose hte one I want so not big deal, but I guess there are more international users of MovieDB than you would think for them to be rated so high.
