Some shows I have I want scraped by absolute #, and others I want scraped by season & episode #, but I want to see it all organized by season in my gui. I haven't been able to get XBMC to add both kinds of shows, so I was wondering if there was a third party tool for that, thanks!

You can add extra REGEX settings to your configuration of XBMC so that it will recognize all your shows.
