Someone DID volunteer their time. Someone DID code this. Someone DID submit it. Are you even reading along? The title of the thread is [PATCH].
I'm guessing that I'm going to have to release the entire tar from install. It must be a libraries thing.
This week/weekend I'm swamped with homework, but I'll try and get a .deb or .tgz out sometime.
You do realize that this patch is not compatible with AE and that the development team has committed to AE? Perhaps you should contact the AE developer(s) and see if/how you could adapt this so it is compatible with the audioengine. As I'm sure you're aware, Gnif has stated quite clearly that dual output won't work and even why: http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=716...tcount=187
Regardless, people shouldn't be posting here taking jabs at the developers. The developers spend a lot of their time enhancing XBMC and they do it for free. Based on how good XBMC is they deserve respect, not criticism.
