I'm going crazy here and can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. Is there something I am missing or a particular order I'm supposed to plug things in?

I'm working on a hacked Gen 1 Apple TV with XBMC installed through "Launcher". Running RC2 if that make's a difference.
