I am on OS X, btw (and on OSX, xbmc.log is found in %user%\Library\Logs). Edit: I'm using Eden, so I installed this manually.

Is it broken now?!
For those of you having problems with the plugin script failing when trying to load your Netflix queue...
As you can see I have been doing some development on this and I started having some of the same issues. It seemed to work no problem the first time I set it up, but I too began to have problems. I have not yet tracked down exactly (although the issue I think is in modQueue.py and possibly some differences in where libraries are for Eden vs Dharma).
Basically, the script will fail without your authorization token, but for some reason it doesn't always properly kick off the authorization process if the token file isn't found. There are a few things you can do.
First, locate the folder that your userinfo.txt is in. For windows this should be:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.xbmcflicks
That file should have in it something that looks like the following:
Code:
requestKey=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
requestSecret=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
accessKey=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
accessSecret=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Chances are if you are having a problem that file is not there or is empty.
What I have had good success with is deleting the whole folder listed above (plugin.vidio.xbmcflicks), then closing XBMC, relaunching and going back into the Plugin. I have tested this 10 times now, and it seems to work each time.
If you are still unsuccessful, then my only other recommendation is to install XBMC version 10. (You can still get it here).
Install fresh XBMC and 10 and then download and configure the XBMCFlicks plugin and authorize everything that way. Then, get a copy of your userinfo.txt file from above and uninstall. Re-install 11 and set everything up and then copy your userinfo.txt file back to the appropriate location.
Other things you can try...I have had some success with:
Close down XBMC
Delete the following directories:
- C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\spudsdude-XBMC-Flicks-1d81b3a
- C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.xbmcflicks
Go to "www.netflix.com/clearcookies" from your browser. Do this from all your browsers if you have logged into Netflix with more than on.
Restart your PC
Re-extract the spudsdude-XBMC-Flicks-1d81b3a.zip into the \AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\ folder
Restart XBMC and relaunch the Plugin
