Dharma RC2 crashes while watching video on Mac mini
#1
As stated above, I get repeated crashes when watching videos with Dharma RC2. It's easily reproducible as certain video always crash at the same frame.

I attached some debug logs:

For me XBMC (RC2 and 10.0) crash when view HD (720p) mkv video files.
It runs fine for about 5 minuites (some movies more some less) but crashes for each movie at exactly the same video frame.

I tried it on two diffrent computers (MacBook Pro 5,5 and a ION ITX based hackintosh)

VPDAU worked perfectlty before even with XBMC.

My Crash Logs are:
http://pastebin.com/ZptEDHU5
http://pastebin.com/ew4teTj6

which differ a little from what i can tell.

VDPAU and OS X 10.6.5 dont go well together, if you can get it down to 10.6.3 and all will be good

hasn't apple released their h.264 hardware decoding api with 10.6.4? so the current xbmc does not take profit from this?

Please, post accurate details. The new MacMini has issues with VDA under 10.6.4+, other nvidia based apple boxes do not.
