Enabled CrystalHD - Stops some videos showing, Audio Plays in background

Platform: AppleTV
Launcher version:3.2.5
Install Method (Launcher)
SVN RevisionBig Grinharma 10.0

Some videos won't display when using Crystal HD (rev 174)...deselecting Hardware Acceleration makes the files play ok.

I should also say that CrystalHD acceleration does seem to work ok on 720p...I suspect this is SD related

xbmc.log:http://pastebin.com/BK1uG47s

Media info:http://pastebin.com/ft7CYB15

Wonder if anyone can tell me what's going on here?

"ERROR: SQL: The database disk image is malformed", you have a database problem.

Thanks Davilla. I spotted that also in the log but wasn't sure if it was causal or not.

Can you suggest why turning off hardware acceleration means the movie plays?

Also what is the quickest way to delete + create a new db? is it a case of removing the source and recreating for should I delete the MyVideos34.db also?

It seems like there no CrystalHD info in the log file. You need to turn on Debug log to see what's wrong with the movie playback and resubmit the log.

Just to be thorough I did the following:-
1) factory restore
2) patchstick
3) updated launcher to 3.2.5
4) installed xbmc 10.0
5) installed crystalhd 174
6) rebooted atv
7) enabled debugging
8) added source

I then checked hardware acceleration was on and aok.

I played the same media file with the same result....i.e.
First with hardware acceleration the picture doesn't show but audio plays in the "background".
Second with hardware acceleration disabled the movie plays fine.

I repeated the crystal on/off test again just to be 100%...so in conclusion its something to do with crystal hd....also behaviour seems to be restricted to h264 media If you can help me out I'd be really grateful.

Sad anyone?

Might be an issue with those m4v files and not handling the bit to byte stream conversion. I don't see chd outputting any pictures.

A sample of the suspect file would be nice to have.

Thanks Davilla. Trimmed using QT. extension changes to .mov but i think its unchanged...I checked and this sample displays the same symptom in ATV
