Why don't you start with installing XBMC from the ppa, and then build the git version on top of this? There is a how-to in the forums for doing exactly this.

because of VAAPI which comes not with these ppa packages...

Right. That's why you need to compile XBMC from git. But you can install the normal ppa packages before that to create a generally working environment (in which XBMC would do all decoding in the CPU). Thereafter, you can just replace XBMC with the one you compile from git (with VAAPI support), plugging your newly compiled XBMC into a working environment.
That worked for me - albeit I did not stay with VAAPI, because it still has some shortfalls, so I plugged an nVidia card into my system for now.
