I tried the HDMI out on the 1201n (My friends, not mine) and I couldn't easily make it do HDMI out instead of the built in screen. This was back on 9.11, and I am not able to test it on 10.0 myself.

I'm wondering if anybody has one of these Asus EEE 12xxN netbooks and have gotten the HDMI video out to work.

I'm considering buying one, but HDMI out is a must for XBMC live.

I'm surprised there is no mention of this on the forum.

I'm sorry for reviving an old topic. But I didn't find any results on how to get hdmi to work with xbmc live. I'm using newest version (11).
From search results it seems that people are using it for the asus 1201n. I'm also guessing everyone are using HDMI.

Any help is much appreciated.
