Weather addon - weather.com consistently incorrect
#1
I'm finding that the weather.com server is more often than not *wrong* for my non-US city. For instance, today is predicted to be a high of 36c, but on weather.com it says high of 29c. That's a huge difference in celcius.

Is there an alternative server that can be used?

While weather.com is great for US based locations, I've found it lacking internationally. For example, I'm forced to use Melbourne, Australia even though I'm located 40 minutes from it. This leads to weather conditions and temperatures that are vastly different at times.

There are other weather services that offer more localized information: Google is one in particular. This would require someone coding a new addon for it though.

If any python wizards are interested I found a great api for this. It all looks pretty straight forward. You have your choice to use Google, Yahoo or NOAA services. It'd be great to see something like this.

Same problem here in Europe. Only major cities are available at weather.com.

Indeed, a different addon using some other service would be great!
