Just some small tweaks:
Your PSU is overkill, even if you add a single high end video card later (which you don't need for now since the HD4000 GPU in the i7-3770 will do everything you list except high-end gaming). I would go with a higher quality 400W PSU such as the "PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 400W Modular 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply" or "SeaSonic SSR-450RM 450W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply". The PC Powe and Cooling is also made by Seasonic. These will run even a HD7970 later.
For your motherboard, the one you've chosen does not have HDMI and it's micro-ATX while your case is ATX. You can use a micro-ATX motherboard in the case and it will give you more room but an ATX will have more slots so here are a couple of options:
"GIGABYTE GA-H77M-D3H LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard"
"GIGABYTE GA-H77-DS3H LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard"
"GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H LGA 1155 Intel B75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard"
All of these have HDMI output which will send HD video, 3D video, HD audio from the HD4000 GPU in the i7-3770.
For the SSD, look at Crucial or Samsung instead for better quality.
For anti-virus there's no need to buy a separate anti-virus when Windows 8 has it built-in now (Microsoft Security Essential aka Windows Defender).
