[ATV2] How would I know if there's an update XBMC

Hi,

I know how to update XBMC on the ATV2, what I wanted to know is how can I see if there's a new update released just like on Cydia which list XBMC on the upgrade list. Or I need to run apt-get update then install to see if there's an update?

apt-get upgrade

Or just run Cydia.
