Can't enable rt3090 drivers on Revo3700
#1
As the title says I'm having some trouble loading the wireless drivers on my Revo3700.

I should also state that I'm completely new to XBMC and Linux in general. OK.

So while following some peoples guides, namely: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=88369 and http://shantronix.wordpress.com/2011/01/...00-part-2/
I ran into an issue just a couple lines of code in.

When I entered:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:markus-tisoft/rt3090

I got an error message:
Error reading https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~markus-ti...ve/rt3090: <urlopen error [errno -2] Name or service not known>

after that I can't get any further in installing the wireless drivers.

Xbmcfreak LiveCD 10.00 msremote v1 is the ISO I used to install.
Any help would be very useful.

Thanks!

The intent of this box is to stream files from another computer on the other side of my house if that helps. I really have no idea what I'm doing and any help at all would be wonderful.
