Sorry, probably my question is stupid, but I can't understand one thing - 99 USD iTV comes with no HDD (and it seems there is no place to install it), so where XBMC will be installed to? Does it have internal memory or something like this?

yes, it has 8GB of storage that is used to install xbmc on it

Hey guys... I have a large library and it seems to get stuck in the same place. I load/scrape my Movies and TV shows and it seems to hang while adding music. I assume the 8GB is full and cannot add more images, nfo, etc. Can someone explain how this works? Is there something I can do?
