Pulling Audio / Subtitle Stream Names?
#1
I rip my Blu-Rays and then mux using MKV Toolnix, and Toolnix gives me the option to name my audio tracks and subtitle tracks (The default is just "3/2+1" or something), but if I have a movie with a lot of commentary tracks (Scott Pilgrim, for example), I want to name them so I can differentiate them just by cycling through.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to get the audio stream names to be read and displayed by XBMC. When I switch audio streams (I have a button on my remote dedicated to this), I just get the little window that comes up and says "English - AC3 Stereo" or "English - DTS 5.1".

The same thing happens with subtitles.

Is there any way to get XBMC to pull the names of these tracks and display them when switching? I know that it's not just embedded in the file unviewable by players, because VLC shows the track names. Is this something possible to display?

Thanks.
