Hello, I have decoder BCM70012 on appletv with gentoo linux. I have been using latest version pulled from svn trunk (3.8.0 i think) but dmesg shows driver crashing periodically by requiring too much memory. i have read on xbmc forums and it seems revision 156 might work better for my decoder card but it will not compile properly on my system (https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=344877). i run kernel 2.6.36-gentoo-r5v03. could you tell me if the reason it is not compiling has to do with the kernel version and if so, what version should i use?
