Hey,

I really like using xbmc, it's got to be the most slick htpc software available.

But I have to drop out of it for listening to music. It doesn't matter how well I configure the directsound output I can never get it to sound as nice as wasapi output.

However when ever I switch to wasapi output in xbmc I lose my subwoofer as the music is recorded in 2.0 sound and gets output as such.
With my little front speakers this isn't good.

My current workaround is to use foobar, where I can mix in the sub (or all 5 speakers), before the signal gets sent to wasapi. This sound is really good.

But it's a very clunky work around. It would be nice if we had an option like this in xbmc.

Is this possible to make into a feature?
